We provide support and care services to meet the diverse needs of families in a welcoming atmosphere of respect and compassion in the tradition of the Sisters of Mercy.

We aim to be a hub for the provision of education, support and care services for families, recognised by the community for our leadership in the field and the excellence of our programs.

We reflect the goals of the Sisters of Mercy on providing respectful, compassionate service to each person; promoting the right of self determination; and recognising the strengths and contribution of those we serve.
