St Michael’s
Occasional Care/Preschool is a unique service
that provides many opportunities for children and their families
visiting us.
We are a non profit, community based centre, licensed by the Department
of Community Services.
We provide quality care on a casual basis
for children aged 0-5 years and Preschool to children aged 3-5
years. Our licence is for a maximum of 19 children at any one
time. Program
Our Centre provides high quality care and education by qualified,
experienced, trained staff. Children’s individual developmental
needs and interests are observed, and incorporated into a creative,
fun, stimulating and challenging program.
Hours of Operation
The centre operates Monday – Friday between the hours of
8.30am –3.30pm, and is open 47 weeks of the year. We are
closed on all public holidays.
Occasional Child Care

Is available Tuesdays and Fridays.

Bookings are made a week in advance.
· Bookings can
be made from one hour to a full day.
· Fees are
charged by the hour at a rate of $9.00 per
hour, per child.
· A registration
fee of $50.00 per family, per year
applies.
Preschool
·
Is available Monday
 (hour sessions).
·Wednesdays and
Thursdays
(7 hour sessions).
·
Fees are $49.00 per child.
· Registration
fee of $50.00 per family per year applies.
Meals
Parents are required to provide a healthy, nutritious packed lunch
and drink for their child and a piece of fruit for morning tea.
