The Homeless Persons Information Centre is the telephone information and referral service that refers those in the community who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness, to the services that may assist them. It provides professional assessments and referrals for clients seeking accommodation and support services within NSW.

It is open seven days a week between 9:00am and 10:00pm (closed each day between 1:00pm and 2:00pm).
